What started as a casual fun way to stay flexible 16 years ago, became a daily routine for me. I began to feel a deeper awareness of myself and my actions each time I stepped onto my mat. It has been a powerful personal journey that has impacted many areas of my life, including motherhood. I have found clarity of thought when faced with decisions and challenges.
I took up teaching two years ago, primarily to share my passion for pursuing healthy habits, holistic practices and aligning oneself to the concept of “nurture with nature”.
I love to take my students through a continuous sequence of yogic poses with music to inspire their journey into a unique space; experience harmony of body, breath, and mind, free and far away from life’s constant distractions.
