Padma fell in love with yoga at first “sight” in 2002 and it has been her life’s passion and journey ever since. She started teaching in 2003, attending various trainings and workshops, and owning a yoga studio in Northern CA until 2016. She is now a 500H Registered Yoga Teacher, leading trainings and retreats.
Her teaching style is a flow based practice flavored by eclectic music, focused on breath, presence and body awareness; creating a journey to connect body, mind and spirit. Padma is passionate about sharing the practice of yoga and meditation to enrich lives; applying its teachings and wisdom on and off the mat.
