Yoga became a part of my life in 2004. I fell in love immediately with the practice from a physical standpoint. It took me a bit longer to understand the change to my emotional and spiritual well being. The practice, the movements, the asanas is what kept me coming back.  Over time, self reflection, and some very stressful and sad personal events in my life I found a greater appreciation and compassion from the yoga community that was always there, but didn't initially recognize. The empathy this community provides is what drove me to complete teacher training and provide a safe environment to practice and come together. I participated in a teacher training in 2017 and have been teaching and sharing ever since.
